Clearly people who like it here have never had a REAL sub from the north east. Bread soft no flavor, cherry peppers Not hot at all, and sliced onions Not diced belong on a sub. 2 stars because I liked the roast beef nice and rare. Store was dirty, scraps all over the floor plenty of staff someone could have cleaned the place, at the time is was not busy. Also came in with my girlfriend and the young staff was making vulgar comments the whole time we were there...horrible we could not wait to get out of there..very unprofessional and idiotic experience..No reason to go back plenty of other average places that are cheaper for the same sub. Don't waste your time or money

I really love this place. They make a great sandwich at a reasonable price. My first initiation to LaSpada's was in Davie. I never even knew the place in Boca existed until I stumbled on it. LaSpada's makes a big, meaty sandwich that is more than enough for two! And that's the smaller, 8 inch sandwich. The 12 inch could feed a small family!! I love the way they make their sandwiches. The meats are freshly sliced to order (not sitting around in a display case like you see at Subway), the bread is delicious, and the sandwich size is really generous. What separates this place from any other sandwich shop in they finish it off with a slice of meat on top, then tuck it around the vegetable toppings and the meat below. It creates kind of a meat roll, surrounding the toppings you've chosen. Really delicious with a great "bite"! I can recommend their Italian special (my favorite, especially with hot peppers), and the Monster sandwich is also pretty amazing. You won't be bowled over by the decor, which brings new meaning to the word minimal, but it's clean and includes some outdoor seating. While the people taking your order are a bit brusque, they're not at all rude, and are simply trying to keep the line moving. I appreciated the service level at LaSpada's. Having eaten at two of their locations, I suspect that all LaSpada's are pretty much the same, which is good news! I've personally tried the ones in Davie and Boca and highly recommend them.

Oh I am so sorry to bother you for a sandwich durring your business hours. Are these people joking? Who does the hiring for this place? Nobody wants to come and get a sandwich from a bunch of brahs hanging out goofing around, making digs, and rushing you when there's not another single person in the shop. The owners should seriously consider who they have as a manager hiring their employees.

Let me first say, this is a cozy, laid back place. Yes, the employees make vulgar comments, yes they throw unneeded food on the floor. They do this on purpose, to me, it adds to the experience. Laspadas make THE best hoagies I have ever had, they're always fresh, and made perfectly and quick. After going there ~20 times, the quality has remained the same, amazing. Come here if you want a really good, and filling sub.

One is the best subs around. You can't sell short how good they are. Now understand we only order out from here. Exclusively. But if 10 out of 10 people agree in our group that it's the best in out part of Broward then there has to be some truth to it. Generally we order the Italian or the monster. But they are all solid. The whole sub is put together with alot of care. The meats are great, excellent fixings and the peppers are excellent. If you ask for oil and vinegar only on one side, they will split the sub into two different sides completely and labor which one is which. Very handy if you are planning on eating the oil sub right then and saving your other half :) It is a little more than a cheap subway sub, but well worth the difference. A publix sub is probably a little better deal, but you gotta try a sub here

The best hogies in So Florida, if you in the area it a must, a large hero could feed 3 people, try it and you won't regret it.

Local Sub shop that absolutely crushes it. They will have a line out the door, and somehow you are still out of there in 8min! Awesome portion of meat also on every sandwich. Also used them for a large order for a 3day fishing trip. They way the sandwiches were prepped made them last all three days. Pros all around.

LaSpadas is probably one of the best sub shops I have ever been to. It's not just the food but also the experience. There are two locations to my knowledge, the original being in Fort Lauderdale. I had never been to LaSpadas although I am an avid sandwich eater. My friend told me about how large the subs were, how the meats are sliced in house & how when they get busy, they throw the deli meat through the air and catch it with the bread! I knew I had to go. Additionally, they are known for tucking there sandwiches in! They put meat in the sub, top the meat with your choice of ingredients then put more meat on top of the toppings, tucking the meat around the fillings! (see photo) Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile from all the nice guys behind the counter. The menu was large but nothing more than Sandwiches (Hoagies & Wraps) and a few salad options. I went for the Small Italian Sub the first time which is my go-to although I have also had their tuna which is excellent. A "small" is huge... and a large is literally two smalls... You get a lot of sandwich for the price! The filling options are great and include lettuce, tomato, raw onion, sweet peppers, hot peppers, pickles, S&P, Oregano, Mustard (yellow & spicy), Mayo, Oil&Vin and a variety of cheeses. The meat for you sandwich is sliced fresh in front of you and the bread is always soft! My only disappointment with LaSpadas is the lettuce. It has this chemical flavor to it like it's very low quality or they did not wash it properly. I usually only eat organic lettuce which I know is very pricey. I am not a snob about organics but the lettuce just tastes pretty bad sometimes which is unfortunate because I love lettuce on my sandwiches. I do wish they would have avocado available although I know it can be pricey to buy and store. In the end, the subs are great, the customer service is awesome & I will always go to LaSpadas for a hoagie. P.S. If you have a dog, they are usually more than happy to give away scrap meat for you to take home for them!

It's official, I cheated on my wife and had a brief affair with the Italian Special Hoagie! I've been searching for 9 months for a good Italian hoagie and to my surprise found a great one! I live in Wellington but I won't go anywhere else for a hoagie!!!! Great stuff.

Hands down my favorite sandwich spot! Great service! Never disappointed. Very clean. Gets unbelievable busy!

It makes me sick that I can't even eat here anymore. I have had a bad experience at this location for the second time. 50 to 40% of the employees are ridiculously rude and think they are to good for everyone. There are a few that are very good at their job. I asked for a small on white and they always ask what you want on it. The guy was in his own world and did not. Keep in mind it was not busy and this place usually is so he didn't need to be rushing. I see him going for the mayo so before he puts it on the sandwich i try to say three times no mayo on mine please. He was in his own world and just put the mayo on. When he finally gives me his attention I say I didn't want mayo and he says ok which would be the expected response. The tall guy with the dark glasses gives me attitude and says and you just watched him put it on it. You don't talk to customers like that especially when i said no mayo 3 times and the guy wasn't listening. The other time again it was a slow time and my wife was deciding what she wanted. She doesn't eat here and doesn't eat sub sandwiches a lot so she was taking some extra time to decide. The guy says to her with attitude it's not rocket science. Its a shame they have lost a consistent customer because they can't give normal respectful customer service which is all i would want. Nothing special just normal customer service. Why would i want to buy a sandwich from people with attitude regardless of how good it is? To make it even worse when i said never mind on the sandwich because of the attitude they were shouting at me on the way out being condescending saying oh sorry hope you have a better attitude the rest of the day. If i wasn't on my lunch break and in a hurry to get food somewhere else i would have turned around and caused a much bigger scene for that. Again if you read this please keep in mind i could care less about there mistake with the mayo it is the complete rude, disrespectful and ignorant service. If you have to eat here because the food is good i would recommend another location unless you like getting attitude and being treated like you should be so grateful you get to eat a Laspadas sandwich. I don't know if the owner or manager knows they have a few terrible employees making them lose regular customers. Lets see 2 sandwiches a week plus chips and a drink and other people that would come with me that's at least 2 t0 3k lost a year because they can't just do there job, make the sandwich and be friendly.(not a tall task).

I must confess that the sandwiches are great there: meat is fresh and very good, greens are decent. And it is pretty cool to see those dudes prepare your sandwiches and through the meat in the air hoping that it will land on your piece of bread. Portions are very large though... even the small one is enough for two...

I have been here several times and if I would not control my cravings I would come here every day! It can get pretty crowd here for lunch time but it is worth waiting for. They make the sandwiches pretty fast. I am obsessed with their Italian Special 8'' sub. It comes with ham, genoa salami, and Italian cappicola. I add provolone cheese, light mayo, spicy mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, spicy peppers, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, and of course oregano. I love the spiciness of the sandwich with the spicy mustard and spicy peppers. I usually order the jalapeno chips as well. (as you can see I love spicy food)! I love the vibe from this place. Everyone that works here is super friendly and outgoing. There are several tables to sit inside and outside. Best sub I have had!

Very well-made hoagies! For me this is another treasure of yelp, I'm typically not in this area often. However, I was backed up with some of my fieldwork since I work on the road and I decided to turn to Yelp in search of a good Hoagie. I saw the reviews and some of the pictures and headed there way. Upon arrival I'm greeted by a long line, I wasn't in a hurry and you know if a restaurant has a long wait or line typically it for reason the food must be good, while standing and waiting, I see several sandwich makers performing different functions one worker is slicing up meat, two others making sandwiches, two others restocking veggies another on the register. In the meantime the line was flying, these people are very fast and very efficient. Then I felt like if I was at Benihana's watching a show in front of me, one of the workers that was slicing up the meat on the deli machine tosses the ham and turkey in the air to one of the sandwich makers with good accuracy and precision. Honestly, at first I had one of those what the hell moments then I started to notice that this appears to be a trademark, guy at the meat station slices the meet and tosses it over to the sandwich maker on a consistent basis. I asked some of the regulars and they told me they do it all the time, just like the Oriental chef at Benihana's who tosses his shrimp in the hat, pretty cool stuff. The sandwiches are massive, did I say they were massive? I wasn't lying there very big, my foot long felt more like a 16 incher and it was packed with veggies and protein. I paired it with a drink and some dirty chips. All of their products appeared to be fresh not frozen. For the size of the sandwich the price isn't bad. Chips, drink and my hoagie for 10 bucks, I know they are similar places that might be a little less expensive by a dollar and some change. However the prices are reasonable. There is outside seating and average seating inside. The one variable that I would consider a con is they don't use higher quality meats such as Boar's Head. Nevertheless it was a great tasting hoagie. If I'm in the area I will definitely come back.

I used to swear by publix subs, but not anymore! This was one of the best hoagies I've ever had. I ordered a veggie hoagie on fresh baked wheat bread with a side of potato salad. You'll definitely want to order a small (8 inch) -- you'll be full after half, but won't be able to stop there. This was our first time here and we enjoyed everything we ate. The service was fun too! This may be our new favorite sandwich shop!

Charles G.
Yes!!! This place is awesome from the bread to the flying meat!! I work close by and I come here for lunch and it is always packed. That is the first sign it is a good place. They do their best to make sure the level of service is good, but if there is a long line plan on waiting fifteen minutes for your sub. I usually get the Roast Beef and Turkey with everything on it! The size of the subs are great for the price. A co-worker told me about this place and I would always come back. I am from Chicago and wish we had something like this up there. The workers were great even under pressure with trying to get all the orders out. This is a must stop, but if you dont want to wait I would come outside of Lunch and Dinner hours.
(4)
Ulises S.
These hoagies are awesome, I personally love tuna and meatballs. They seem to have a bottleneck during rush hour but the wait is worthwhile!
(5)

OMG yes yes yes! Absolutely delish Italian Hoogie The employees are great. They put on a lil show tossing the sliced mets to the sandwich. Love it! A must have for sure!

I absolutely love this place... The sandwiches are fantastic - always fresh and made pretty quickly... I usually go with the monster, like everyone else, because it's stacked so high with ham, turkey and roast beef, I add whatever I want from well over 10 choices as well and you definitely get what you pay for... The staff is really chill, laid back, are always having fun back there tossing your deli meat around -- it's pretty entertaining to watch and they always hustle their asses off, especially when it it's busy during lunch time... I love the fact that the owner will be back there working in the pit with the rest of his crew and isn't "your typical boca snob-I'm better than and above my staff kind of owner"... *****Also, I was out having dinner and I ran into an employee and I just said I love that place - he said to me thank you and that he loves working their because of ownership and he gets treated like family...***** I also highly recommend the chicken salad here, always made fresh and is always a hit... Definitely an A+ sandwich shop - I've never had a bad experience and I don't think anyone else can!!
(5)
FD G.
Best subs here. I go for lunch almost 4 times a week and can't get enough . Just go here... this is for the Boca one
(5)
Niki M.
This is one of the best sandwich shops in South Florida! In each of their locations, they have meats and cheeses being sliced fresh when you order the sandwich - a huge plus so you know it's not soaked in preservatives and sitting for days (or weeks - yikes!). The hot peppers have incredible zing and are just the right amount of heat on a sandwich and these things are huge! A small is completely something you can split with a friend and a large is massive! No way are you finishing that in one sitting. Fresh baked bread. Fresh ingredients. Superb quality - a can't miss!
(5)
Helga M.
Awesome subs and they have the best chips, have to always get a bag of voodoo potato chips!
(5)
Jessica K.
Let's be honest here. This is NOT the best sub shop, hell it isn't even average. Mindless idiots who like flying meat are the ones who like this. Better than subway? Sure. Anywhere else? No. All they do is throw meat around, however the meat is lacking in flavor. Even the veggies lack flavor and freshness. The subs are overpriced and overrated. People who haven't had real food are the ones who go here. Its Boca, bound to be full of morons who can't drive and haven't any brains. Go to Manzos in West Palm Beach if you want the best!
(1)
Joe F.
Best subs ever! This place is packed on the weekends. I travel from Lake Worth just to get a sub. The Italian is my favorite! If you haven't tried this place, you don't know what you're missing.
(5)
Paul P.
Admittedly, the "bro" mentality can, at times, prove unintentionally grating here, but the three "F"s...Fast, Flavorful and Friendly...are NEVER in short supply! Meats piled up high, toppings a'plenty, and a welcoming and efficient staff make LaSpada's several cuts above your typical Subway-esque fare. A little off the beaten path in Boca (just east of the Town Center Mall) a little on the pricey side (one word...BOCA) but definitely worth the trip and the few extra coins!
(4)
Al M.
Awesome place; fun to watch them sending meats flying to your sandwich It's a great place, but it gets busy, so to early
(5)
Eleanor L.
If you're seeking a jersey/new york style sub you've definitely come to the right place. My first job in jersey was working at an authentic Italian deli. Bread . Freshly made here and soft. Good selection of meat and items to add. As far as I could tell. They don't ask to heat up sandwiches. An excellent sign. In california they heat them. Ugh. Also oregano and oil and vinegar on the sandwiches. A must have in my book. Definitely check it out.
(4)

LaSpada rocks, huge delicious sandwiches and entertaining meat tossing display. Not for people on a diet, but for a once in a while splurge, you can not beat it.

LaSpada's....... If you live in SoFlo then you probably know the name well. It's the place you send people when they ask "where can I find an awesome Italian hoagie?". They have mastered making the perfect sandwich. Awesome bread, fresh ingredients, and a great staff. Simple as that. They have a few locations to choose from but no matter what one you end up at you will still get the same quality sandwich. That's what I love the most is their consistency. A large Italian is easily 3 lunches for me. They cut my sandwich in 3's for me every time I go that's how big the hoagies are at LaSpada's.
(5)
Jeff K.
I have been getting my subs from La Spada's for the over 15 years. They have the best subs i have eaten!! The way they prepare the subs using always fresh ingredients and the best tasting deli meats around. Eric (the Boca manager) and crew are always willing to help make you the sub or sandwich you want. I have ordered from them for the past 8 super bowls without fail and my guests always look forward to that day and not just for the game!!
(5)
Sergio A.
When it comes to big hoaggies this is the place to go. The line is long during lunch breaks but the sheer size of the portion is the perfect compensation. Make sure you get a large drink if you're intending on consuming an entire large sub or you're likely going to fail.
(5)
Janet P.
I've been going to the Davie LA Spadas for almost 20 yrs! Was so happy to see LA Spadas in Boca when I moved here! Best Subs in SoFlo!
(5)
Vicky T.
Uhhhh I just moved to Florida and this place makes me wonder why I didn't move sooner! The subs are legit! I ordered the Italian and the sweet peppers they on it almost made me want to cry with happiness. Please try the Italian! It's a must!
(5)
Scott B.
This may be the best sub I've ever had. Highly recommend the Italian with sweet and hot peppers. I grew up eating philly hoagies and these guys have it down. The staff was also super nice and eager to guide me so I didn't make any mistakes. Please open in St. Louis. Thx.
(5)
Sho G.
Every time I visit from out of town I make sure to stop by here. They make some of the best subs I've ever had anywhere. Delicious food and the staff is always amusing and fast. The 5/5 star ratings that are consistently put up here are warranted.
(5)
Hannah W.
LaSpada's is pretty good, but not great. There are better places to get a sandwich in Boca, but it works in a pinch. I would go here again, but only if someone I was with really wanted to go here.
(4)
Amy B.
Love this place! Entertainment and great food. Super friendly staff. The subs are huge and always fresh. Menu is pretty simple but always delicious.
(5)
Susanne H.
Look for my other reviews on LaSpada's. I will visit any location I am close too. Get the monster, you will not regret it! You may have a hard time getting your mouth around the sandwich, but make it worth, because you will enjoy each and every bite you take of that amazing sandwich!
(5)
Jim D.
Excellent Italian hoagie. Perhaps the best I've had. Great roll & fresh/quality ingredients
(5)
Ben S.
Pros- Fast service! Attention to detail! Great staff! Cons- not as tasty as some (Vince's, Manzo's in WPB) but...way faster! The bread is fresh but generic. The meats are decent, not really great. The good news is, improve the bread and meat and this place ROCKS!!! That's easy!
(4)
Erica L.
Only gave them 1 star because there wasn't a lower choice. It seems the clientele are partial owners here and the staff is clueless. Never could get a sandwich because i was so turned odd by the pompous attitude and general bad set up for ordering. Wow! What a terrible experience!!
(1)
Bill S.
This is the BEST sub shop in town.....seriously....the best. Stop reading online reviews and try it for yourself.
(5)
Tony P.
I absolutely love this place. I have been here on many occasions, and i cannot get enough of this place. The ingredients they use are very high quality and very fresh. i always get the turkey and roast beef sandwich with all the topping. However my favorite tho here is not the meat or the fantastic bread. No, it is the jalapeños. They are pickled and taste amazing. They have the sweet jalapeños or the spicy jalapeños. Saying I have an obsession is an understatement. I ask for extra just so I can eat some of the ones that fall out of the huge sandwich they make you. Where else can you get a sandwich that is in this order. Bread, condiments, meats, lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, etc. Then the whole thing is topped with more meat. Get your chips and soda. Sit down and enjoy one of the best things in the world. I will be coming back to this place for a very long time. Unless they get rid of those jalapeños. Come try this place you will not be disappointed.
(5)
Jacob K.
Best subs in the country! I've had some all over the U.S. These are the best definitely recommend them to anyone! Recommend the voodoo chips so awesome (barbecue + vinegar) heavenly!!!
(5)
Andy T.
The best hoagies ever! You must try this place!
(5)
Reggie S.
Best subs in town. I can't stay away from this place! What I like about their subs is that they put a layer of cold cuts on top of the veggies so that stuff won't fall out as you're eating. It's the little things in life that makes me happy. Go get a sub from here, you won't be disappointing.
(5)
Steve V.
Hands down one of the best subs ever!! The guys are great and everything was fresh and awesome!! I will be back soon!!
(5)
Kelsey T.
Great service and subs are made whatever way you love ! Awesome place ! Very laid back! & inexpensive
(5)
Teri D.
This one is every bit as good as the one on Seagrape in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The best damn hoagie you will EVER eat!! Been eating them since 1995--and while they cost a bit more, they are still delicious and huge. A 12" is a lunch for 2 and the Italian Special with no hots and no pickles is a bite of heaven!!
(5)
Rob K.
I ordered the Italian hoagie it had no flavor and they used generic meat. My wife got the tuna sub and was sick the next two days! For seven or eight bucks a pop, I'd much rather go to Publix and get fresh bread and Boar's Head meat.
(1)
Carol J.
I went to la Spada in Boca and ordered a sub. The employee who made the sub put less than half of the ingredients usually put on at the Ft. Lauderdale location. When I asked him to put more he asked the employee next to him if he should and charge me for more. That employee then told me he had trained there for seven years and that's what he was taught. Then he asked me if I wanted the managers number to call and found out. I said no and he proceeded to turn my sub upside down. Maybe to remake it, I'm not sure because I told him I didn't need it and left. Really? I won't go back. Beware you might not be getting your money's worth there.
(1)
Abel K.
first time in today and usually at places like this theres a bunch of pressure and most places would get annoyed that i didnt know what to order but the 2 guys at the front were crackin jokes the whole time and recommended i get the monster sandwich which i thoroughly enjoyed. i was watching the process of making the monster and i was satisfied when the first helping of meat was applied followed by the sauces but then out of nowhere the dude throws on another slab of meat and it made the sandwich look incredible. ive had 620 subs (amazing) fire house subs (incredible) and even dabble with a little subway (meh) but lespadas customer service and enjoyability of the food will keep me a returning customer. not the cheapest of places but well worth the extra couple bucks. well done lespadas.. well done
(5)
Jeffrey G.
The best hoagies anywhere . PERIOD. The making if them is a show in itself but tasting them is not to be believed. I love their tuna and Italian combo. Usually I cannot decide which one to get so I get both. Not to be believed quality and taste. Try the and you will agree
(5)
Patty W.
I had to come here to see what the hype is about. When I was waiting in line, I notice there was meat flying in the air. Yes, meat literally flying in the air. The sandwich makers throw it in the air and catch it on their sandwiches they are making for the customers. Nuts. I thought it was just a one time thing. Then it kept happening over and over. The line moved pretty quickly for lunch time and the staff enjoyed being there. I got the roast beef and turkey sandwich. I liked it and I wasn't blown away by it. It was a huge size for a small and I brought it back home for leftovers.
(3)
Mike L.
For 12 years I've been getting roast beef and provolone subs. I can say this is the best sub I've ever had.
(5)
Lou M.
Once in a blue moon you find a place that is top tier in its category. Laspada's Hoagies is one of those places. Delicious monster subs built by friendly staff. You will be lucky if their isn't a line out the door when you get there, but if there is...wait. It will be worth it.
(5)
Stefan S.
Yes, this is the place where they toss meat across the crowded assembly line of skilled sandwich craftsmen (and sometimes craftswomen). Always fresh bread and ingredients, although not many to choose from. Lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sweet peppers, hot peppers, mustard, spicy mustard, mayonnaise, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano. That's it. But what more do you really need? I'm taking a star off because they use inferior meats and cheeses. That is, Dietz & Watson instead of Boars Head. Everyone who's saying this is the best sandwich ever clearly hasn't tried V&S, or maybe they lack the ability to discern the clear taste and texture difference between Boars Head and everything else. Nevertheless, I stop here a few times a week. Try to get there by like 11:45 for lunch because after 12, shit gets crazy.
(4)
Ian R.
What else can you say that hasn't been said already about LaSpada's? Best subs in Sofla. Super friendly/personable staff, super attentive, able to multitask when building multiple subs, and the way they toss the deli meat to each other and catch it with the bread makes ordering it a pretty interesting experience in itself. Love their buffalo chicken sandwich.
(5)
Kira K.
Working the day away causes a big kind of hunger. And the Italian sub here will feed that big hunger. I got the small size with everything but tomatoes and hot peppers and was only able to finish only half. This place has amazing food and quick service.
(5)
Adam B.
My favorite sub place in Florida. Plus they have many many locations. I normally go to the Boca or Coral Springs stores, but I get the identical sandwich. I love the turkey and roast beef. Sweet peppers are a must. My favorite part of the experience is when they top the sandwich with more meat and tuck it under the vegetables. Unfortunately it can get busy at the lunch hour, but there is a reason for it.
(5)
Mike W.
The ABSOLUTE BEST SANDWICH EVER!!!! I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. Great ingredients, delicious meat and peppers. Every single time I'm in Florida I end up eating here almost every day. Don't miss it.
(5)
Nick R.
Whenever I have a craving for a sub I come here. The bread is amazing and high quality meats are used. All the staff are really friendly. Gets busy at lunch time but line moves along quickly. There are tables to eat there or you can take it to go
(5)
Erika B.
Hoagies hoagies hoagie! No subs here surely a pa hoagie shop -- quick and loaded up! Love to watch them throw the meat on your hoagie and all with a smile! Next time I'm going light on the o&v so it's not as soggy but overall good!
(4)
Scott P.
The best deli sandwich possible. Seriously - it's that damn good. Do yourself the favor, do not be on a cellphone while ordering - you'll get chewed out and rightfully so.
(5)
Colette S.
I was lured to this restaurant by the good reviews. Unfortunately, I was less then satisfied. I split a meatball and buffalo chicken sandwich my dad and I wasn't impressed with either. They were okay, just your run of the mill sandwich. There weren't many options of what to put on top of your sandwich and they only give you two options of bread. They also don't toast your sandwiches like i was expecting. Sandwiches were a little expensive compared to other places, but they do give you a generous portion of meat.
(2)
Valerie H.
Best subs and salads ever!!! It's pretty addicting! It does get crowded at lunch time, but the line is quick! And it's worth every minute!
(5)
Brian R.
This remains the heavyweight champion of subs! Flying meat lands and your sandwich. Bread is super fresh and top grade. Amazing roast beef and Dietz and Mason meats. Zapps potato chips straight out of N'Awlins. How do you go wrong? Old school best!!!
(5)
William E.
Great Subs --I'm hooked --I drive from Delray for work and will find any excuse to stop in -- The monster subs are just that -- Cut them in four and feed four-- For subs at the top of a very short list. I had heard about LaSpada's for a few years and stuck to my usual spot on Federal -- Now I'm converted -- The Best
(5)
David B.
I love the mama LaSpada. These subs are the most addictive food in the world. The way they make the subs is pretty cool to watch. The ingredients are very fresh.
(5)
Marc W.
I love a good sub/hoagie/grinder well you get the point. The key is good roll and fresh meat. laSpada gives you the whole package. There is plenty of meat and toppings and they can crank them out. If your lucky and they are busy you really get the show. Watch them throw the meat and you will see what I mean. Great spot solid value.

Perfect sandwiches on a hot summer day. Or any day in fact! Stopped by here on the way back from a child's birthday party, and boy am I glad. LaSpada's is your neighborhood sub shop, with the boys behind the counter joking and laughing with you as if you've gone there your entire life. Don't be deceived by their use of the word "small", their version of "small" is a huge footlong! And not those slim torpedo style foot longs, but hoagies that are thick and filled with meaty deliciousness. On this blessed day of sandwich glory, I ordered the Mama Laspada, with featured turkey and salami. Holy jesus. They do this thing, I discovered it's called a "meat blanket" where they place they salami down first, fill it with your veggies of choice, the cuddle it all up with the turkey into a savory meat quilt . I dare say, these give Publix subs a run for their money. Yeah, I said it! If you're ever in Boca, definitely put this on your lunch list. And remember, small is enough to share!

I have not had a bad sandwich at LaSpada's yet. That is why I give it a five star rating. They pack on the meat, the toppings are fresh, and it's seriously tasty.

Best hoagie I've ever had, and the employees are great entertainment while they make it. Definitely a must try!

Love this place, really good subs, very fresh ingredients, and very nice staff definite I will be back!

All the food lovers I know have been telling me about Laspada's and this place is SO GOOD. I got the Italian special which was A++ and now I want to eat there almost every day. The sweet peppers are delicious! The hoagie is huge! The service was very friendly and welcoming since it was my first time. Watching them make it is a joy in itself. The selection of Dirty All-Natural Potato Chips was awesome and the lemonade is sweet too! Definitely a great lunch spot.

I come from NY and grew up with nothing but Italians around me. I was really picky about subs and often yearned to find a sub place as excellent as those of my childhood. Laspada's in Boca makes the world's most amazingly delicious subs. I'd give this place ten stars if I could. It brought a tear to my eye as I realized that Laspada's captured what made the subs of my childhood great - and managed to take it to the next level. LASPADA'S HAS THE BEST SUBS ANYWHERE - EVER!

Both The Monster and The Italian Special were DELICIOUS! They are definitely the staples and must-orders to get here. Packed with meat, cheese, and all the fixins you could want (you have to get the sweet and hot peppers). All the hoagies are M.T.O. (made-to-order). Staff was friendly and very responsive over the phone when we asked for directions and their whereabouts in the shopping center. They were super laid-back and awesomely accommodating even though we popped in 30 mins. before closing. They are located in the big shopping center that faces closest to the mall. They are one of the end units of a dead-end corner of the shopping center so it's a little hard to scope out, but otherwise the location is navigable. Great in-and-out spot for a hoagie fix.

This is the hoagie shop you want to go to. They cut the meats to order. They're consistent with generous portions, fresh ingredients and extremely friendly staff. They also know how to move a line smoothly without rushing you. Definitely worth going to when you're in the area looking for a good hoagie!

Ordered 10 large subs and cut them into 4 pieces for my house party. They were fresh and good. Everyone loved them. Would highly recommend and return!

Great hoagies! Fresh deli and bread. They also offer a nice show when they throw the freshly cut meat across the room and lands perfectly on your hoagie.

Same experience as my visits to the Laspada's on Fort Lauderdale Beach ... these subs are so darn delicious. In this particular visit, I ordered two subs: The Monster and the Turkey. All you really need is to order a small because they pack a lot of meat into it and slice the sub into halves. If you order a large and eat it in one sitting, which is in the realm of possibility, you're simply asking for trouble. All the different things they place in it, from the fresh bread to the generous portion of Boars Head meat, make for a delicious sub (hoagie) sandwich. And, they're fast too. There's no messing around as they construct the sandwich in warp speed. You can eat inside or take it with you. Run, don't walk to the nearest Laspada's. You won't be disappointed.

Got the large turkey and roast beef.. Large enough that I ate half there and had the other half wrapped. Perfect for a meal on my flight to San Fran that afternoon. Good spirit on the sandwich assemblers line. The meat cutter cuts and pitches the meat to the bread-mitted catchers. Quite a show- and the sandwich is great. Assembled scientifically to keep all the toppings from flying off the sandwich. Definitely a must for each visit to SoFla.

Best cold cut subs on the planet! Eat a large Monster to enter a state of euphoria and then an amazing food coma!
(5)
Alex H.
Wow! What a treat it was to finally get a hoagie from this place. The line was out the door but all customers were patient and in a good mood anticipating their food. I had the "small" monster. It was perfect. Plenty of meat and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The staff was busy but extremely friendly and helpful and seemed to be having a good time. The prices are great compared to what you get for your money. I could go on, but there are many other reviews that say everything and more.
(5)
Maria H.
Great subs and this place has always been a favorite. Our experience on Sunday afternoon was disappointing in a service manner. The kid behind the counter was using his job as away to pick up girls. He was rude to any customer that was not 16 years old. Just thought you should know
(4)
James F.
I eat here 3 times or more a week it is the best sub in town the monster is #1 and the staff is funny as hell... Big subs, great price, best taste, over all 10!!!

This hoagie joints amazing! The 8 inch is enough for 2 meals. Lots of meat and cool atmosphere

Hands down the best subs in the area. There are quite a few locations but I think the Boca maybe the best because standards are usually higher here. Ooooh take that Broward county! Prices are good because they truly give you a lot for your money. The smalls are pretty much equivalent to full subs anywhere else. I seriously doubt anyone working there is from West Chester, but the story behind this is, Laspada's is from West Chester, Pa and specialize in making hoagies like only Philly does. West Chester is the home of Jameer Nelson (Magic), Jackass stars Bam Margera, Ryan Dunn (RIP), Jewish reggae/roots rapper Matisyahu and quarterback Matt Schaub. The point is know your roots because if you don't know where you've been, you'll never know where you're going. Note to management - Ffor the love of god STOP playing 311 all day, ever day at this place. Mix it up and let 1995 rest in peace. By the way, almost everyone working at the Boca's Laspada's looks they could star in the movie Point Break.

JD B.
I've tried a few laspadas locations, and the Boca one is nice because they have seating. Other locations do have seating but not in any useful way... I think the staff at (all) laspadas like to pace themselves to create a line of customers at all times, and although that's pretty lame, the subs are totally worth it.
(4)
Dan D.
Deconstructed? Fusion? Laspada's doesn't care about your culinary buzz words. They're not here to amaze you with unheard of creations. They're focused on crafting a superior sub. Try as you might at home, recreating these heroic hoagies would require a Herculean effort. Just pay them to do it for you. If you're a fan of cold cuts, opt for "The Monster." It's their signature sandwich, but that doesn't mean they don't have some other fantastic foot longs. Both the Chicken Salad and Sausage & Peppers are worth consideration as well. Unsurprisingly, they do a impressive lunch business throughout the week. Expect lines between 12PM-2PM during the weekdays without fail. If you're unaware, the concept of waiting is considered foreign to the majority of South Florida. That's how you know Laspada's is truly worth it.

I came here last week before class and had the first thing on the menu, the Italian Special with salami, ham, and cappicola. The girl slicing the meat asked me what I wanted on my sandwich: mayo and mustard or olive oil and vinegar. I said "Everything!" and she laughed, which was kind of cute. Anyways, the concept is great (described by previous reviews) and I think it's as fresh as sliced meat can get. Their price is reasonable-- its not cheap, but the sandwich is pretty big. Most subs places (Publix, etc) take the bread for granted, which always makes me mad! Laspada's, however, has some GOOD bread with a unique texture. They probably bake the bread themselves because it was so fresh! I'm not sure what brand of cold cuts they have, but it was all very good. I'm definitely coming back during my breaks between classes.

Ali S.
Bomb-ass subs. Italian style. These guys really do it well. Everything is fresh. I will miss this place when we move.
(5)
Dan O.
Subs that rival Publix's own foot-long masterpieces. Yeah, this place is that good. I watched as this well-oiled machine of a crew piled on generous layers of freshly sliced meat and cheese before adding all of the lovely little toppings my heart desired. I thought to myself, "that looks like a damn fine sandwich"... then I watched in disbelief when they covered the whole thing with ANOTHER layer of meat and tucked it into the bread so the toppings were literally surrounded by roast beef/turkey/ham goodness. One bite assured me that my initial impression was correct... these are some serious subs. Great bread, fresh-tasting meat and toppings and a decent price considering these things are monstrous in size. This is absolutely one of the best places to go for a sub if you don't want to mess around.

Could not wait for Laspada's to open in Boca. Been open 3 days and the word got out quickly. Started going to the Lauderdale By The Sea store back when I was in college and could actually eat a large hoagie. Not a chance today. The freshest of toppings. The tomatoes are actually red and juicy. Love the sweet pickeled peppers. Quality meats, tuna and chicken salad. THIS PLACE ROCKS! No better sub in Florida. Trust me.
(5)
Eric T.
With its long history and cult-like fans, there's not alot you can add to the positive reviews here that has not already been said. I work up the street and confess I have only stopped in a few times since the place opened. But that will be picking up, now that I've tossed in the towel again on another weight loss plan. While I have no long, Laspada sandwich history to boast of, I do consider myself a bit of a hoagie snob. And to anyone who can appreciate a fresh, generous, quality sandwich on good bread, there's no score to give this place other than a perfect 5.
(5)
Rachel R.
Dear LaSpada's, I've recently moved out of state and will miss you lots. I'll also miss defending you in sub shop arguments ever since my first bite in 1999 as a college kid in Lauderdale, where I learned that in order to eat this amazing sub on the beach (without involuntarily feeding sea gulls or dropping peppers on your lap) you must hold it in the wrapper. Please know that we'll see each other again when I visit home. I know you'll have a super gratifying monster (and some voodoos) waiting for me. Only a regular size though because even THAT has to be cut in half. I don't care how long your line is, that's just an indication of how popular you are, unless everyone's there for the nice guys and good music. I don't hand out five stars often (or ever?) but for all of the yummy lovin you've given me you deserve it.
(5)
Pat P.
They turn sub making into an art form. only thing could make it better is 24hr subs.
(5)
Scott S.
Great subs, best in the area. The small sub is a whole meal. I get the Italian with hot and sweet peppers. Good staff and usually crowded with customers.
(5)
Owl P.
Hands-down the BEST place for a hoagie in Boca Raton! Plenty of meat, everything tastes great, service is quick, people are friendly... it can't be beat! Even if you have to wait in line for awhile, do it!
(5)
Elena M.
"Best damn hoagies in town" is right! I always order an Italian sub with everything on it (hold the mayo and the mustard, give me the olive oil and vinegar). The guys put on a short sub-making show as they toss the meat across the counter onto the bread... it always lands perfectly! Please, please, please don't go to subway when you can go here instead!!

best sandwich ever. there's just nothing to say other than you will enjoy the food.

The best Subs in Boca!

Christina L.
This is the best place to come for a sub/hoagie. The service was good last time I came. My boyfirend went just recently, and he said the man making his food kind of had an attitude. The man was probably just tired and cranky, but these are also the things I look for and pay attention to when I go out to spend money on food. They cut the meat there fresh right in front of your eyes. I used to go to the location in broward county on university drive in high school. Now that I live in PB county, I was stooked to see a Laspada's right here in Boca Raton. The location is great, near Boca Towncenter mall, right off Glades and I-95. The subs are so huge, that usually I have some left over for later, and it tastes even better then....!

I have rated this 2 stars from my last and recent visits. I have been a loyal customer to Laspada's for quite some time, ever since the first time i had one at there coral springs location when i was 14 years old. I'm 25 now, and it was 10 years later they finally got this location opened up in boca raton. I was ecstatic, since i live down the street :) Welp i just moved back to florida and continued my venture with Laspada's but every time i go it's almost like im playing the lottery which is based on the people working. Will i be treated like a lil kid that needs to be spoken loud or rudely toward? Is there even someone in the place that has worked in a laspada longer than this place has been opened? Will they accidentally spill lots of salt from being inexperienced with their salt shakers? Just recently Today I had a Monster, the chick hardly placed the veggies in the sandwich. I got home with a meat sandwich and no veggies which usually is loaded on as well as the meats are. It's not that they aren't competent, It's just they don't really put there love into these sandwich's like the other laspada's i've been to. Youngin's...... They need to restaff this place, and Retrain. It's truly a disgrace toward all the other locations I've been to. ITS ABOUT CONSISTENCY.... This place lacks what others have achieved.

Love it!! The bread is amazing. I get the whole wheat, & my boyfriend gets the white, so I have tried them both! I love the turkey, and also the turkey and roast beef is good too...the roast beef is on the rarer side, which is great! Service is nice & quick. I love how they throw your meat across the line! Very entraining! :-)
(4)
Nando F.
Service was good, place was clean, price was what I'd expect. But my turkey was a little on the dry side. However, the sub was HUGE even though I ordered the smaller side. Overall, positive experience.
(4)
Natasha C.
We order from Laspada's semi-regularly for pick-up. The subs are always fresh, generously topped, and delicious-- there's always enough for two or three days' of lunch deliciousness. It's worth the drive from Delray to pick up a lunch order, even at the busiest of times.
(4)
Bill F.
This is a GREAT sub shop! Huge sandwiches with great prices. We all got the Italian Special...this sub had tons of meat on it! Small joint that has little to no seating has a very NY feel to it. We really loved this place and would go again next time we are in Boca.
(4)
Alexander P.
Great subs made the way they should be and Randy Roads is up on the wall.

Kelli R.
I've only been here once because my husband had a craving. There was a Laspada's where he lived in Orlando and he missed the food. So we stopped in and got lunch for us and the kids. The sandwich portions are huge and wonderful. The food is all very fresh and tastes great. You get a very big portion for a low cost and have a lot of topping choices to pick from. The staff was friendly and efficient and the relaxed atmosphere is very nice.
(4)
Gabe D.
One co-worker wouldn't stop talking about this place, as she had eaten at the Coral Springs location, and had touted it "THE best sandwiches hands down." Being from the NJ/NYC area I've had some really great sandwiches from delis, so not sure if that plays a part in my decision about this place but Laspada's would actually not be my first choice for a sub/sandwich run in South Florida...if I had to choose I would pick a Jersey Mike's sub over a Laspada's sub. I will admit the portions were great, they have a great following(any local will talk your ear off about this place) but seemed as if this place was a little more hype versus being "THE best sub shop ever."

Irene C.
Been going on a hoagie quest for the past month, determined to try every worthwhile sub place in the area. I've come to the conclusion that: 1) great subs just don't give me the same rush that amazing desserts do (not talking about the obvious sugar rush) 2) everyone claims to have great sandwiches, but the ones that have sandwich making down to an art has my luncheon loyalty This place is like lunch and a show. They slice the meat right in front of you then toss it OVER the heads of the other employees in the assembly line, and the guy at the end catches it in your open-faced sandwich. After piling on all the toppings (the lettuce is super fresh and crisp, and their trademark sweet peppers complements the salty meat perfectly-- and I normally HATE peppers), they top off the sandwich with more layers of meat. In fact, the hoagie is so smothered with filling at the end that it couldn't be anything BUT an open-faced sub. Love it. Definitely get the large size; I got the small once but demolished it within 5 minutes and sat there in deep regret.

Here's a place I've been to many times, but this is my first venture to the Boca Raton location. Many years ago I was introduced to LaSpadas on Commercial Blvd, near the beach in Fort Lauderdale. When I moved to Davie, I was thrilled that there was a Laspadas close by. Now I live in Delray Beach and the Boca location is just off I-95, so it is easy to add to my flight plan. What can you say about a sub? At LaSpadas the subs are like artwork. The submakers work in conjunction to ensure that each sub is made to your exact specifications. But don't spend too much time thinking about what items you want added or they might just pass you by, as they start to prepare a sub for the next one in line. It's like a factory assembly line only faster. I was in and out in about 4 minutes. They start with the roll, add the meat and cheese, and then add the veggies. I had my Italian Special topped with salt, pepper, oregano and oil and vinegar. Then they finalize it with their signature: another piece of meat on top. It kind of holds all the stuff in the roll so you don't wear it on your shirt! LaSpadas, Lenny's and Jersey Mikes are my three favorite sub shops. To see all my reviews go to my blog.

Connie G.
I grew up getting subs here at the Ft Lauderdale location on the beach and it's the only sub you'll every want to eat. I get the turkey or italian but everything is good! Expect a wit, this place is always packed especially on weekends.

Great Place ! Get the Monster Sub its the only way to go !
(4)
Nick A.
Giant subs..not cheap but worth it..only thing holding them back is bread is good but not great.. Place to go if ur craving a sub loaded with meat.. More meat than jersey mikes or publix
(4)
Ricky H.
There subs are large and delicious. I have only had the monster or roast beef, turkey, and ham, but it was awesome both times. Lots of seating and fast service. A little pricy, but the subs are big.
(4)
Cole C.
Great place. Maybe the best sub shop in town. They make their subs a little different. They put half the meat on the sandwich first. Then they put all the veggies, toppings, and what not. Finally they put on the last half of the meat to top it off. This keeps everything from falling out. The quality of the meat is amazing. The place is awesome. They have classic rock music playing all the time, and they have tons of cool pictures on the wall. The staff are really helpful. The second time I went in there, the guy making my sandwich gave me topping suggestions. I learned that one should put only oil, not vinegar on the sandwich if there is already mayonaise, because they both have vinegar. Just little things like that make them awesome. FYI, the sandwiches are huge. The small is huge, despite the title. A small is definitely plenty for an average person. I recommend the italian. Enjoy.

Great flavor, fast service, loaded with quality meats. Wish there were more locations

Amazing subs, fresh ingredients and great staff!!

Best subs around. Meat on the bottom and the top wrapped around the goodies inside make the perfect sub.

Meat! Meat! Meat! I used to go to the original LaSpada's as a kid and man were they the greatest after playing sports. I moved to Boca recently and when I drove by this location, I was so freakin excited. The guys working here were cool and I got my fave original Turkey with that awesome sweet pepper mix. It was DELICIOUS! So good. Everyone needs to eat Laspada's subs because theyre the best in the area. Especially if you play sports. Its the ultimate post workout meal.

I knew about the laspadas in davie when I was at school down htere and always missed the subs. I never knew they had multiple locations, and then I found out they had one in Boca. I have now been there once a week as it does not get better. Granted they are a bit nicer people in the Boca one than the Davie one, but there is still that bitter angry I hate customer chip on their shoulder that you grow to love about laspadas! Almost afraid to order, but it is so worth it. Generous portions, awesome meat, awesome bread, and you have to go sweet peppers. Can't say enough, if you want a hoagie and are near one, there should be no other choice. PS if the line seems long, like out the door, that means about a 4 minute wait, they fly through the orders in there. Best subs around, I mean hoagies!
(5)
Kelli L.
Laspada's subs are AMAZING! The first time I tried one of their subs was back in 2001 (Coral Springs store) and I was immediately hooked! I'm so happy that they opened up in Boca as it's much closer to where I live. The sweet peppers are delicious! Can't go wrong with Laspada's!
(5)
Lexie M.
i love Laspadas whenever i go there i get i sub and end up eating their fantastic bread.
(5)
Debbie B.
Best, best, best subs in Boca and Delray. The meats are always fresh and plentiful. The rolls, whole wheat and white, are fresh, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Amazing tuna subs. Best sub? Turkey and roast beef. Or the tuna. Or the meatball sub. No, the tuna is my favorite.
(5)
Corey C.
damn good subs. they slice the meat to order. they have a whole bunch of ingredients to add to your sub. this is a great spot.
(4)
Maurice C.
The best subs in the entire area by far. Fresh bread, freshly carved meat and huge portions.
(5)
Pete J.
Top rated by zagat in Broward, this opened last month closer. First time at any la spada; I had roast beef, very fresh and pink, generous portions. Had all toppings but was disappointed when I asked for red pepper the preparer thought hot red pepper when I meant roasted red peppers. The line was to the door. One problem was ordering over the loudness you have to yell the order and repeat what you want on your hoagie. Wife had turkey and cheese all very fresh and healthy portions. We got regular sizes which were so big you can't take a full bite but have to nibble to eat it. Excellent hoagie. V&S is nearby with slightly different menu such as chicken parmesan which they serve hot. Both are excellent sub shops.

Brandon W.
As always, large monster with everything is da bomb!
(5)
Eric C.
This is the best hoagies you will ever have trust me its out of this world, after you have this you will never want to another hoagie anywhere else been going for 4 years now to the one in ftl but this one in boca is as great best hoagies you will ever have
(5)
Anthony V.
When you walk in the door all you see is flying lunchmeat. Plenty of showmanship here, and the food is good too. Very excellent bread and toppings, and the lunchmeat was solid as well. Worth checking out.

Love laspada's!!! I use to go to the one in FT Lauderdale all the time. I'm glad they opened this one up in Boca. Great Hoagies. My Husband and I usually get the belly buster and its perfect size to share.
(5)
Richard O.
Gotta agree that La Spada is the bomb! Great food, great portions, reasonable prices if you compare to other chains. Also remark that V&S over on US 1 (Federal to locals) north of 20th Street is also supurb when it comes to the Italian sub. I would love to have to eat both and choose the best one, which would be the one I was chewing at the time you asked me...!
(5)
Steve S.
damn good hoagies. they use quality ingredients, and are always fast and friendly. gotta get it with hot peppers. one large monster, comin' right up...
(4)
Kody L.
Finally a store in Boca to save the drive to Coral Springs. Been going to Laspada's for years and never lets me down. The "monster" is the way to go. That's not the size of the hogie just the name of one off the menu. A small is enough for one but, knocking down a large can happen on occasion. Enjoy the best hogie's in SFLA.
(5)
Zankza V.
great subs, nice people working there too!
(4)
raymond c.
no words can say anything about this place the best the best the best
(5)
Ryan C.
Fantastic hoagies and they have a really unique way of making them. They have one guy up front who slices the meat and then tosses it down the line to a sandwich maker who almost always manages to get the meat to land directly on the bread. The meats are excellent quality, the bread is great, and all the ingredients are fresh. Great food!

(5)Patricia M.
(2)Ron L.
(5)RJ S.
(1)Gio A.
(5)Tim S.

(5)Dennis E.

(5)Kyra T.

(1)Olivier G.
I must confess that the sandwiches are great there: meat is fresh and very good, greens are decent. And it is pretty cool to see those dudes prepare your sandwiches and through the meat in the air hoping that it will land on your piece of bread. Portions are very large though... even the small one is enough for two...
(4)Tanya L.
(4)Erick O.
(4)Anala L.
(5)Charles G.
(4)Ulises S.
These hoagies are awesome, I personally love tuna and meatballs. They seem to have a bottleneck during rush hour but the wait is worthwhile!
(5)Elena K.
OMG yes yes yes! Absolutely delish Italian Hoogie The employees are great. They put on a lil show tossing the sliced mets to the sandwich. Love it! A must have for sure!
(5)Billy H.
(5)FD G.
Best subs here. I go for lunch almost 4 times a week and can't get enough . Just go here... this is for the Boca one
(5)Niki M.
(5)Helga M.
Awesome subs and they have the best chips, have to always get a bag of voodoo potato chips!
(5)Jessica K.
(1)Joe F.
Best subs ever! This place is packed on the weekends. I travel from Lake Worth just to get a sub. The Italian is my favorite! If you haven't tried this place, you don't know what you're missing.
(5)Paul P.
(4)Al M.
Awesome place; fun to watch them sending meats flying to your sandwich It's a great place, but it gets busy, so to early
(5)Eleanor L.
(4)Joel W.
LaSpada rocks, huge delicious sandwiches and entertaining meat tossing display. Not for people on a diet, but for a once in a while splurge, you can not beat it.
(5)Jennifer S.
(5)Jeff K.
(5)Sergio A.
When it comes to big hoaggies this is the place to go. The line is long during lunch breaks but the sheer size of the portion is the perfect compensation. Make sure you get a large drink if you're intending on consuming an entire large sub or you're likely going to fail.
(5)Janet P.
I've been going to the Davie LA Spadas for almost 20 yrs! Was so happy to see LA Spadas in Boca when I moved here! Best Subs in SoFlo!
(5)Vicky T.
Uhhhh I just moved to Florida and this place makes me wonder why I didn't move sooner! The subs are legit! I ordered the Italian and the sweet peppers they on it almost made me want to cry with happiness. Please try the Italian! It's a must!
(5)Scott B.
This may be the best sub I've ever had. Highly recommend the Italian with sweet and hot peppers. I grew up eating philly hoagies and these guys have it down. The staff was also super nice and eager to guide me so I didn't make any mistakes. Please open in St. Louis. Thx.
(5)Sho G.
Every time I visit from out of town I make sure to stop by here. They make some of the best subs I've ever had anywhere. Delicious food and the staff is always amusing and fast. The 5/5 star ratings that are consistently put up here are warranted.
(5)Hannah W.
LaSpada's is pretty good, but not great. There are better places to get a sandwich in Boca, but it works in a pinch. I would go here again, but only if someone I was with really wanted to go here.
(4)Amy B.
Love this place! Entertainment and great food. Super friendly staff. The subs are huge and always fresh. Menu is pretty simple but always delicious.
(5)Susanne H.
Look for my other reviews on LaSpada's. I will visit any location I am close too. Get the monster, you will not regret it! You may have a hard time getting your mouth around the sandwich, but make it worth, because you will enjoy each and every bite you take of that amazing sandwich!
(5)Jim D.
Excellent Italian hoagie. Perhaps the best I've had. Great roll & fresh/quality ingredients
(5)Ben S.
(4)Erica L.
Only gave them 1 star because there wasn't a lower choice. It seems the clientele are partial owners here and the staff is clueless. Never could get a sandwich because i was so turned odd by the pompous attitude and general bad set up for ordering. Wow! What a terrible experience!!
(1)Bill S.
This is the BEST sub shop in town.....seriously....the best. Stop reading online reviews and try it for yourself.
(5)Tony P.
(5)Jacob K.
Best subs in the country! I've had some all over the U.S. These are the best definitely recommend them to anyone! Recommend the voodoo chips so awesome (barbecue + vinegar) heavenly!!!
(5)Andy T.
The best hoagies ever! You must try this place!
(5)Reggie S.
Best subs in town. I can't stay away from this place! What I like about their subs is that they put a layer of cold cuts on top of the veggies so that stuff won't fall out as you're eating. It's the little things in life that makes me happy. Go get a sub from here, you won't be disappointing.
(5)Steve V.
Hands down one of the best subs ever!! The guys are great and everything was fresh and awesome!! I will be back soon!!
(5)Kelsey T.
Great service and subs are made whatever way you love ! Awesome place ! Very laid back! & inexpensive
(5)Teri D.
(5)Rob K.
I ordered the Italian hoagie it had no flavor and they used generic meat. My wife got the tuna sub and was sick the next two days! For seven or eight bucks a pop, I'd much rather go to Publix and get fresh bread and Boar's Head meat.
(1)Carol J.
(1)Abel K.
first time in today and usually at places like this theres a bunch of pressure and most places would get annoyed that i didnt know what to order but the 2 guys at the front were crackin jokes the whole time and recommended i get the monster sandwich which i thoroughly enjoyed. i was watching the process of making the monster and i was satisfied when the first helping of meat was applied followed by the sauces but then out of nowhere the dude throws on another slab of meat and it made the sandwich look incredible. ive had 620 subs (amazing) fire house subs (incredible) and even dabble with a little subway (meh) but lespadas customer service and enjoyability of the food will keep me a returning customer. not the cheapest of places but well worth the extra couple bucks. well done lespadas.. well done
(5)Jeffrey G.
The best hoagies anywhere . PERIOD. The making if them is a show in itself but tasting them is not to be believed. I love their tuna and Italian combo. Usually I cannot decide which one to get so I get both. Not to be believed quality and taste. Try the and you will agree
(5)Patty W.
(3)Mike L.
For 12 years I've been getting roast beef and provolone subs. I can say this is the best sub I've ever had.
(5)Lou M.
Once in a blue moon you find a place that is top tier in its category. Laspada's Hoagies is one of those places. Delicious monster subs built by friendly staff. You will be lucky if their isn't a line out the door when you get there, but if there is...wait. It will be worth it.
(5)Stefan S.
(4)Ian R.
(5)Kira K.
Working the day away causes a big kind of hunger. And the Italian sub here will feed that big hunger. I got the small size with everything but tomatoes and hot peppers and was only able to finish only half. This place has amazing food and quick service.
(5)Adam B.
(5)Mike W.
The ABSOLUTE BEST SANDWICH EVER!!!! I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. Great ingredients, delicious meat and peppers. Every single time I'm in Florida I end up eating here almost every day. Don't miss it.
(5)Nick R.
Whenever I have a craving for a sub I come here. The bread is amazing and high quality meats are used. All the staff are really friendly. Gets busy at lunch time but line moves along quickly. There are tables to eat there or you can take it to go
(5)Erika B.
Hoagies hoagies hoagie! No subs here surely a pa hoagie shop -- quick and loaded up! Love to watch them throw the meat on your hoagie and all with a smile! Next time I'm going light on the o&v so it's not as soggy but overall good!
(4)Scott P.
The best deli sandwich possible. Seriously - it's that damn good. Do yourself the favor, do not be on a cellphone while ordering - you'll get chewed out and rightfully so.
(5)Colette S.
(2)Valerie H.
Best subs and salads ever!!! It's pretty addicting! It does get crowded at lunch time, but the line is quick! And it's worth every minute!
(5)Brian R.
This remains the heavyweight champion of subs! Flying meat lands and your sandwich. Bread is super fresh and top grade. Amazing roast beef and Dietz and Mason meats. Zapps potato chips straight out of N'Awlins. How do you go wrong? Old school best!!!
(5)William E.
(5)David B.
I love the mama LaSpada. These subs are the most addictive food in the world. The way they make the subs is pretty cool to watch. The ingredients are very fresh.
(5)Marc W.
(5)Michelle Z.
(4)Julie T.
I have not had a bad sandwich at LaSpada's yet. That is why I give it a five star rating. They pack on the meat, the toppings are fresh, and it's seriously tasty.
(5)Grace T.
Best hoagie I've ever had, and the employees are great entertainment while they make it. Definitely a must try!
(5)Daniela J.
Love this place, really good subs, very fresh ingredients, and very nice staff definite I will be back!
(5)Felicia R.
(5)Jason P.
(5)Leslie J.
(4)Moi M.
This is the hoagie shop you want to go to. They cut the meats to order. They're consistent with generous portions, fresh ingredients and extremely friendly staff. They also know how to move a line smoothly without rushing you. Definitely worth going to when you're in the area looking for a good hoagie!
(5)Kristiana W.
Ordered 10 large subs and cut them into 4 pieces for my house party. They were fresh and good. Everyone loved them. Would highly recommend and return!
(5)Daniel B. O.
Great hoagies! Fresh deli and bread. They also offer a nice show when they throw the freshly cut meat across the room and lands perfectly on your hoagie.
(4)Greg B.

(5)Rob M.
Best cold cut subs on the planet! Eat a large Monster to enter a state of euphoria and then an amazing food coma!
(5)Alex H.
(5)Maria H.
Great subs and this place has always been a favorite. Our experience on Sunday afternoon was disappointing in a service manner. The kid behind the counter was using his job as away to pick up girls. He was rude to any customer that was not 16 years old. Just thought you should know
(4)James F.
I eat here 3 times or more a week it is the best sub in town the monster is #1 and the staff is funny as hell... Big subs, great price, best taste, over all 10!!!
(5)Chris C.
This hoagie joints amazing! The 8 inch is enough for 2 meals. Lots of meat and cool atmosphere
(5)Jason G.
(4)JD B.
I've tried a few laspadas locations, and the Boca one is nice because they have seating. Other locations do have seating but not in any useful way... I think the staff at (all) laspadas like to pace themselves to create a line of customers at all times, and although that's pretty lame, the subs are totally worth it.
(4)Dan D.

(4)Ali S.
Bomb-ass subs. Italian style. These guys really do it well. Everything is fresh. I will miss this place when we move.
(5)Dan O.
(5)Joe M.
Trust me.
(5)Eric T.
(5)Rachel R.
(5)Pat P.
They turn sub making into an art form. only thing could make it better is 24hr subs.
(5)Scott S.
Great subs, best in the area. The small sub is a whole meal. I get the Italian with hot and sweet peppers. Good staff and usually crowded with customers.
(5)Owl P.
Hands-down the BEST place for a hoagie in Boca Raton! Plenty of meat, everything tastes great, service is quick, people are friendly... it can't be beat! Even if you have to wait in line for awhile, do it!
(5)Elena M.
(5)jamie p.
best sandwich ever. there's just nothing to say other than you will enjoy the food.
(5)Michael F.
The best Subs in Boca!
(5)Christina L.
(4)Thomas W.
(2)Jessica S.
(4)Nando F.
Service was good, place was clean, price was what I'd expect. But my turkey was a little on the dry side. However, the sub was HUGE even though I ordered the smaller side. Overall, positive experience.
(4)Natasha C.
We order from Laspada's semi-regularly for pick-up. The subs are always fresh, generously topped, and delicious-- there's always enough for two or three days' of lunch deliciousness. It's worth the drive from Delray to pick up a lunch order, even at the busiest of times.
(4)Bill F.
This is a GREAT sub shop! Huge sandwiches with great prices. We all got the Italian Special...this sub had tons of meat on it! Small joint that has little to no seating has a very NY feel to it. We really loved this place and would go again next time we are in Boca.
(4)Alexander P.
Great subs made the way they should be and Randy Roads is up on the wall.
(4)Kelli R.
(4)Gabe D.
(3)Irene C.

(4)Connie G.
I grew up getting subs here at the Ft Lauderdale location on the beach and it's the only sub you'll every want to eat. I get the turkey or italian but everything is good! Expect a wit, this place is always packed especially on weekends.
(5)Master G.
Great Place ! Get the Monster Sub its the only way to go !
(4)Nick A.
Giant subs..not cheap but worth it..only thing holding them back is bread is good but not great.. Place to go if ur craving a sub loaded with meat.. More meat than jersey mikes or publix
(4)Ricky H.
There subs are large and delicious. I have only had the monster or roast beef, turkey, and ham, but it was awesome both times. Lots of seating and fast service. A little pricy, but the subs are big.
(4)Cole C.
Enjoy.
(5)Jon L.
Great flavor, fast service, loaded with quality meats. Wish there were more locations
(5)Kara A.
Amazing subs, fresh ingredients and great staff!!
(5)Jake D.
Best subs around. Meat on the bottom and the top wrapped around the goodies inside make the perfect sub.
(5)Ally F.
Meat! Meat!
(5)Ben G.
(5)Kelli L.
(5)Lexie M.
i love Laspadas whenever i go there i get i sub and end up eating their fantastic bread.
(5)Debbie B.
(5)Corey C.
damn good subs. they slice the meat to order. they have a whole bunch of ingredients to add to your sub. this is a great spot.
(4)Maurice C.
The best subs in the entire area by far. Fresh bread, freshly carved meat and huge portions.
(5)Pete J.
(4)Brandon W.
As always, large monster with everything is da bomb!
(5)Eric C.
This is the best hoagies you will ever have trust me its out of this world, after you have this you will never want to another hoagie anywhere else been going for 4 years now to the one in ftl but this one in boca is as great best hoagies you will ever have
(5)Anthony V.
When you walk in the door all you see is flying lunchmeat. Plenty of showmanship here, and the food is good too. Very excellent bread and toppings, and the lunchmeat was solid as well. Worth checking out.
(4)Sandra C.
Love laspada's!!! I use to go to the one in FT Lauderdale all the time. I'm glad they opened this one up in Boca. Great Hoagies. My Husband and I usually get the belly buster and its perfect size to share.
(5)Richard O.
(5)Steve S.
damn good hoagies. they use quality ingredients, and are always fast and friendly. gotta get it with hot peppers. one large monster, comin' right up...
(4)Kody L.
(5)Zankza V.
great subs, nice people working there too!
(4)raymond c.
no words can say anything about this place the best the best the best
(5)Ryan C.
Great food!
